Description

A one-skillet dinner that combines juicy seared chicken thighs with tender egg noodles in a creamy, buttery herb sauce. Comforting, quick, and perfect for any weeknight.


Ingredients

Chicken Thighs

Egg Noodles

Butter

Garlic

Chicken Broth

Fresh Parsley

Salt and Pepper

Olive Oil


Instructions

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken thighs for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Deglaze with a splash of chicken broth, scraping the bottom.
  5. Add remaining broth and noodles. Simmer uncovered for 7–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in remaining butter and chopped parsley.
  7. Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over top, and warm through.
