Egg Noodles
Butter
Garlic
Chicken Broth
Fresh Parsley

Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken thighs for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Deglaze with a splash of chicken broth, scraping the bottom.
- Add remaining broth and noodles. Simmer uncovered for 7–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in remaining butter and chopped parsley.
- Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over top, and warm through.
