Description

This One-Pan Steak Bites & Cheesy Garlic Butter Noodles recipe is a quick, creamy, and flavorful dinner idea. Featuring juicy steak, rich garlic butter sauce, and cheesy rotini, it’s the perfect comfort food. Ideal for weeknights, this cheesy pasta skillet blends hearty steak with family-friendly indulgence.


Ingredients

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cubed

8 oz rotini pasta

2 tbsp butter (for steak)

2 tbsp butter (for sauce)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella

½ cup grated parmesan

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

1. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add 2 tbsp butter and sear seasoned steak cubes until browned. Remove and set aside.

2. Cook rotini in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve ¼ cup pasta water.

3. In the skillet, melt remaining 2 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

4. Pour in heavy cream and reserved pasta water. Simmer gently, then stir in mozzarella and parmesan until melted and smooth.

5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Stir to coat in sauce. Return steak bites and mix gently or serve steak on top.

6. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

Sear steak in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding the pan.

Reserve pasta water to help emulsify the sauce.

Use freshly grated cheese for the smoothest sauce texture.
