Ingredients
Chicken breasts
Pasta (penne or rigatoni)
Sun-dried tomatoes
Fresh spinach
Heavy cream
Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Olive oil
Butter
Chicken broth
Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Sear chicken in olive oil and butter over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same pot, add more butter if needed and sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Add uncooked pasta and stir occasionally until pasta is al dente.
- Stir in parmesan cheese to thicken the sauce.
- Return chicken to the pot and add fresh spinach. Simmer until spinach wilts.
- Serve hot with extra parmesan and black pepper.
