Ingredients
Chicken breasts
Parmesan cheese, finely grated
Breadcrumbs (Panko or Italian-style)
Eggs
Garlic, minced
Heavy cream
Butter
Olive oil
Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts into thin cutlets and pound to even thickness.
- Set up bowls for breading: one with flour (optional), one with beaten eggs, and one with Parmesan-breadcrumb mix.
- Dip chicken in egg, then coat in the cheese and breadcrumbs.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and garlic; sauté briefly.
- Pour in cream, simmer until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Return chicken to pan, coat with sauce, and simmer for a few minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
