Ingredients

Peanut Butter

Brown Sugar

Granulated Sugar

Butter (unsalted, softened)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla, then mix until combined.
  4. Mix in dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips evenly through the dough.
  6. Scoop dough into muffin liners, press to form a shallow cup.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Press centers gently while warm to create wells.
  9. Fill each well with creamy peanut butter.
  10. Top with chocolate chips, let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
  11. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
