Pecan Pie Lasagna is a luxurious no-bake layered dessert that combines creamy filling, sweet caramel, and crunchy pecans into an unforgettable treat. Perfect for parties and holiday gatherings, it delivers a delightful twist on a Southern classic.


Ingredients

2 cups chopped pecans, toasted

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

8 oz whipped topping, thawed

1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding

1 1/2 cups cold milk

12 oz caramel sauce

Whole pecans (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9×13″ dish. Chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of whipped topping.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Add half the pecans and a drizzle of caramel.
  4. Whisk pudding mix with milk. Spread over the pecan layer.
  5. Top with remaining whipped topping, pecans, and caramel drizzle.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
