Ingredients
2 cups chopped pecans, toasted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz whipped topping, thawed
1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups cold milk
12 oz caramel sauce
Whole pecans (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9×13″ dish. Chill.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of whipped topping.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Add half the pecans and a drizzle of caramel.
- Whisk pudding mix with milk. Spread over the pecan layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping, pecans, and caramel drizzle.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
