Description

Penne with Creamy Velveeta Four-Cheese and Cajun Beef Bites is a rich, comforting pasta recipe perfect for weeknight dinners. With tender Cajun-seasoned beef, creamy cheese sauce, and hearty penne pasta, this family-friendly dish is packed with flavor and easy to prepare. Ideal for fans of cheesy pasta and Southern-inspired cooking.

Ingredients

12 oz penne pasta

8 oz Velveeta four-cheese blend, cubed

1 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 lb sirloin beef, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Toss the beef bites with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef until caramelized and cooked through. Set aside.

3. In a large pot, cook penne in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.

4. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and Velveeta cubes over medium heat, stirring until smooth and fully melted. Adjust with reserved pasta water if needed.

5. Add cooked penne to the cheese sauce and stir until evenly coated.

6. Fold in the seared beef bites and combine gently.

7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne or crushed red pepper with the Cajun seasoning.

Stir cheese sauce continuously to prevent burning or separation.

Use freshly cooked pasta for the best sauce absorption and texture.
