Ingredients

2 lbs chicken breasts

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup chicken broth

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, diced

2 tbsp lime juice

8 small tortillas

1 cup shredded cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 cup diced tomatoes


Instructions

1. Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker and season evenly with taco seasoning, garlic, and diced onion

2. Pour in the chicken broth and lime juice to keep the chicken moist and flavorful

3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until the chicken is tender
