Ingredients
Ground beef
Onions
Bell peppers (optional)
Garlic
Provolone cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Pizza dough or crescent dough

Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Add chopped onions (and bell peppers if using), and cook until softened. Stir in minced garlic, season with salt and pepper.
- Roll Out the Dough: On a floured surface, roll dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Assemble: Add beef filling down the center. Sprinkle provolone and mozzarella on top. Fold dough over and pinch edges to seal. Flip seam-side down.
- Slice and Arrange: Cut into breadsticks and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush with melted butter. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
