Ground beef

Onions

Bell peppers (optional)

Garlic

Provolone cheese

Mozzarella cheese

Pizza dough or crescent dough

Butter

  1. Prepare the Filling: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Add chopped onions (and bell peppers if using), and cook until softened. Stir in minced garlic, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roll Out the Dough: On a floured surface, roll dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Assemble: Add beef filling down the center. Sprinkle provolone and mozzarella on top. Fold dough over and pinch edges to seal. Flip seam-side down.
  4. Slice and Arrange: Cut into breadsticks and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake: Brush with melted butter. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
