Ingredients

1 ½ cups cold milk
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
Instructions
1. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
3. Gradually add flour and salt; mix until just combined.
4. Press dough into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
