Description

These crispy and cheesy Pizza Burritos combine the best of burrito convenience with classic pizza flavors. Perfect for a quick dinner, freezer meal, or crowd-pleasing snack, this easy recipe features gooey mozzarella, pepperoni, and marinara wrapped in golden tortillas. Ingredients

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pepperoni slices

1/2 cup marinara sauce

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

4 large flour tortillas

1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)


Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, pepperoni, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well blended but not overly wet.

2. Lay out the tortillas and divide the filling mixture evenly among them. Place the filling in the center.

3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a burrito shape, tucking in the ends.

4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Brush the burritos with olive oil or butter.

5. Place seam-side down in the skillet and toast until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.

6. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping. Optionally garnish with parsley or parmesan.

Notes

Don’t overfill the burrito or it may burst while toasting.

To keep it crispy, avoid adding too much sauce inside.

For a vegetarian version, substitute pepperoni with veggies like mushrooms or spinach.
