Description

This Potsticker Noodle Bowls recipe is a quick, flavorful Asian-inspired dinner packed with juicy potstickers, stir-fried noodles, crisp veggies, and a savory-sweet sesame sauce. Perfect for weeknight meals, customizable, and ready in under 30 minutes, it’s a homemade takeout favorite bursting with umami flavor.


Ingredients

12 potstickers (frozen or fresh)

8 oz lo mein or yakisoba noodles

1 cup shredded cabbage

1 cup shredded carrots

2 green onions, sliced

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)


Instructions

1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet or wok, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Add potstickers and sear until crispy on the bottom. Add a splash of water, cover, and steam until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add a bit more oil. Sauté garlic, ginger, cabbage, and carrots for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.

4. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Toss everything together until coated and heated through.

5. Arrange crispy potstickers on top. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Use any potsticker filling you like—chicken, pork, veggie, or shrimp.

For extra heat, add chili flakes or sriracha to the sauce.

Leftovers reheat best in a skillet with a splash of water.
