Ingredients
Chicken breast
Fettuccine or linguine
Cajun seasoning
Heavy cream
Parmesan cheese
Garlic
Butter
Olive oil

Instructions
- Season and cook chicken:
- Pat chicken dry and season with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet.
- Sear chicken until golden and cooked through (5-6 minutes per side). Set aside to rest.
- Cook pasta:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Make sauce:
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to simmer.
- Add Parmesan and stir until thickened.
- Season with more Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Combine and finish:
- Toss cooked pasta in sauce, adding pasta water if needed.
- Slice chicken and place on top.
- Garnish with parsley.
