Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Optional: banana slices and melted peanut butter for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, peanut butter, melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, stir well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry mixture to wet mixture, stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s cups.
- Pour batter into pan, top with banana slices and drizzle peanut butter if desired.
- Bake 55-65 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then transfer to wire rack.
