Description

A rich and moist banana bread loaded with creamy peanut butter, melty chocolate chips, and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. This crowd-pleasing loaf is perfect for dessert, a sweet snack, or even breakfast.


Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/3 cup melted butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Optional: banana slices and melted peanut butter for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, peanut butter, melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, stir well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Add dry mixture to wet mixture, stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s cups.
  7. Pour batter into pan, top with banana slices and drizzle peanut butter if desired.
  8. Bake 55-65 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then transfer to wire rack.
