Ingredients
2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup finely diced bell peppers (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients – Cook and shred the chicken if you haven’t done so already. Drain the Rotel tomatoes to remove excess liquid. Chop the green onions and bell peppers.
