Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

2 cups fresh spinach

9 ounces cheese tortellini (refrigerated or cooked)

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Push the beef to one side, add butter to the other, and melt. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

3. Add tortellini to the skillet and mix well.

4. Gently fold in fresh spinach until wilted.

5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese, then stir everything to combine.

6. Serve hot with extra Parmesan and black pepper.

Notes

Use fresh or frozen tortellini, but cook frozen according to package instructions first.
