Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

8 oz ramen or egg noodles

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 green onions, chopped

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)

Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)


Instructions

1. Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

3. Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
