Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (lean preferred)

8 oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti (cooked and drained)

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup shredded cabbage (or coleslaw mix)

3 green onions, chopped (plus more for garnish)

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp sriracha or chili garlic sauce (adjust to heat preference)

1 tsp sugar

Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions
