Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs

16 double-stuffed Oreos

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
2. In a large bowl, cream together 1 cup butter, brown sugar, and 1/2 cup granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in 2 eggs and 2 tsp vanilla.
4. Stir in 2 cups flour and 1/2 tsp salt until a soft dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Press cookie dough evenly into prepared pan to form the bottom layer.
6. Lay Oreos over the cookie dough in a single layer.
7. In a separate bowl, melt 1/2 cup butter. Whisk in 1 cup granulated sugar.
8. Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla, mix until smooth.
9. Stir in cocoa powder, 1/2 cup flour, and 1/4 tsp salt until batter is fully combined.
10. Pour brownie batter evenly over Oreos.
11. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the center is just set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
12. Cool completely before lifting from pan and slicing into squares.
Notes
Let brownies cool completely before cutting for clean edges.
Use parchment overhang to easily lift the entire block from the pan.
