Description

Smoky Paprika Chicken Alfredo with Lemon Feta Whip & Charred Green Beans is a bold and comforting dinner idea. Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks

1 ½ tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ cup feta cheese

2 tbsp Greek yogurt or cream cheese

1 tbsp olive oil (for whip)

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

8 oz fresh green beans


Instructions

1. Season the chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well to coat.

2. Heat a cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken chunks for 5–7 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.

3. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, and a drizzle of olive oil. Blend until smooth and fluffy. Chill until serving.

4. Toss green beans in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook in the same pan over medium-high heat until blistered, about 4–5 minutes.

5. In a medium saucepan, melt butter, then add heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.

6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. To serve, spoon Alfredo sauce onto a plate, top with grilled chicken, and add a dollop of lemon feta whip. Place charred green beans on the side and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For extra depth, marinate the chicken overnight with the seasoning.

Reheat leftovers gently with a splash of milk or cream to restore the sauce’s texture.

Don’t overcrowd the green beans in the pan to get the best char.
