Description

Spicy Korean Ramen with Grilled Beef & Creamy Sauce is a bold noodle dish packed with umami, spice, and creaminess. Perfect for dinner, this gochujang ramen is layered with grilled beef, rich noodles, and a tangy garlic-mayo drizzle. An easy, flavorful comfort food with Asian flair.

Ingredients

1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak

2 packs Korean ramen noodles

2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon rice vinegar (optional)

2 stalks green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

1 pinch sugar

Instructions

1. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, garlic, ginger, and sugar in a bowl. Add beef slices and marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Grill or sear beef on a hot skillet until browned and slightly charred.

3. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and coat with a bit of sesame oil.

4. In a saucepan, mix gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, and a splash of noodle water. Toss noodles until evenly coated.

5. Make the creamy sauce by whisking mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic, and rice vinegar. Chill until serving.

6. Assemble by placing noodles in a bowl, topping with grilled beef, creamy sauce, green onions, and sesame seeds.

Notes

Let the beef rest for 5 minutes after grilling to keep it juicy.

Use fresh ramen or egg noodles for the best chewy texture.

Add a soft-boiled egg or kimchi for an authentic Korean twist.
