Sticky Honey Garlic Steak & Rotini Recipe

Description

A savory and satisfying dinner recipe featuring seared steak in a sticky honey garlic glaze, paired with tender rotini pasta. A perfect blend of sweet, salty, and umami flavors all in one comforting dish.


Ingredients

1 lb (450g) sirloin or ribeye steak

8 oz (225g) rotini pasta

3 tablespoons honey

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear in hot skillet with olive oil for 3–4 minutes per side. Let rest.
  2. Boil rotini in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and melt butter. Add garlic, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Cook until sauce thickens.
  4. Slice rested steak thinly and return to skillet. Coat in sauce and simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Add rotini and toss with sauce. Garnish and serve.
