Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups marshmallow fluff

34 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Puree the strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth. For a smoother texture, strain to remove seeds.

2. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until light and fluffy.

3. Add marshmallow fluff and beat until fully incorporated.

4. Pour in the strawberry puree gradually, mixing to combine and tint the frosting pink.

5. Add powdered sugar one cup at a time, beating until you reach your desired consistency.

6. Mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Adjust texture by adding more sugar if needed.

7. Use immediately or store refrigerated in an airtight container.

Notes

For stronger flavor and color, reduce the strawberry puree slightly on the stovetop before using.

If the frosting becomes too loose, add more powdered sugar or chill for 10 minutes before use.
