1 cup yellow cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
1. Wash and dry cherry tomatoes and cucumber. Slice tomatoes in half and cut cucumber into thin rounds.
2. Stack and roll basil leaves, then slice into thin ribbons.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
4. In a large mixing bowl, add tomatoes, cucumber, and basil. Drizzle the dressing over and gently toss to combine.
