Ingredients

4 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup whole milk, warmed

2 1/4 tsp instant yeast (1 packet)

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

1 tsp salt

2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup sugar (for filling)

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp milk or cream (adjust for glaze consistency)

Optional: 2 oz cream cheese for glaze richness

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk and mix with sugar and yeast. Let sit until frothy (5–10 mins).
  2. Stir in eggs, melted butter, and salt. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead for 8–10 minutes. Dough should be smooth and slightly tacky.
  4. Place in greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1–1.5 hours or until doubled.
  5. For the filling: Heat berries and sugar in saucepan. Add cornstarch and cook until thickened. Cool completely.
  6. Roll dough into a large rectangle. Spread filling over dough.
  7. Roll up from the long side and slice into 1.5-inch rolls.
  8. Place rolls in greased pan. Cover and let rise 30–45 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden.
  10. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.
