Ingredients
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried oregano
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or prep a mini muffin tin.
2. Spoon 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella into each muffin cup or onto the parchment paper in small rounds.
3. Add 2–3 mini pepperoni slices on top of each cheese pile.
4. Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning and optional Parmesan over each.
5. Bake for 6–8 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
6. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For maximum crispiness, use freshly grated mozzarella rather than pre-shredded.
Chips crisp more as they cool—don’t rush removing them from the pan.
