Chicken breasts or thighs
Ranch seasoning mix
Au jus gravy mix
Pepperoncini peppers
Butter
Optional: Pepperoncini juice
Instructions
- Spray or lightly grease the inside of your crockpot.
- Place chicken in an even layer in the bottom.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus mix over the chicken.
- Add pepperoncini peppers and optional juice.
- Top with butter slices.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred chicken in the crockpot and mix into the sauce.
