Ingredients
1 large strawberry
½ small carrot
2 candy eyes or chocolate chips
½ cup blueberries
1 cup mango, cubed
1 cup mandarin orange segments
1 cup green grapes
1 cup red grapes
2 kiwis, sliced
1 apple, thinly sliced (red)
1 apple, thinly sliced (green)
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
Instructions
1. Wash and dry all fruits thoroughly.
2. Slice apples, kiwis, and mango into thin or cube shapes. Peel and segment the mandarin oranges.
3. Slice the tip of the carrot into a small triangle to form the turkey’s beak.
4. Place the strawberry near the bottom center of the tray to form the turkey’s head.
5. Attach candy eyes and carrot beak to the strawberry using a dab of honey or peanut butter.
6. Arrange blueberries in a semicircle around the strawberry to form the turkey’s chest.
7. Fan out layers of mango, oranges, grapes, kiwi, and apple slices to mimic feathers.
8. Fill gaps with pomegranate seeds to enhance detail and color.
9. Chill until ready to serve.
Notes
Pat fruit dry before arranging to prevent a soggy tray.
To keep apples from browning, soak slices briefly in lemon water.
Assemble the tray up to 4 hours ahead and cover with plastic wrap in the fridge.
