Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these Air Fryer French Fries are the ultimate healthier alternative to deep-fried potatoes. With just a handful of ingredients and the magic of air frying, you’ll get perfectly golden fries every single time.


Ingredients

2 large Russet potatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or paprika (optional)


Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into 1/4-inch thick sticks.
  2. Soak the cut fries in cold water for 30 minutes. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  3. In a bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, salt, and optional cornstarch and seasonings.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if needed.
  6. Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
