Smoked sausage

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add chopped onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté until softened. Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
