Tzatziki Chicken & Veggie Naan Pizza is a Mediterranean-inspired dish that combines creamy tzatziki sauce, seasoned chicken, and fresh vegetables on a warm, soft naan flatbread. Ingredients

2 naan flatbreads

1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced (grilled or roasted)

½ cup tzatziki sauce

½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced

½ cup cucumber, thinly sliced

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and place naan flatbreads on a baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes until warm.
  2. In a small bowl, season the cooked chicken with dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Warm it slightly in a skillet if needed.
  3. Spread an even layer of tzatziki sauce over each naan flatbread.
  4. Arrange the seasoned chicken, sliced cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions on top.
  5. (Optional) Place the assembled pizzas back in the oven for 3-5 minutes for a slightly warm effect.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
