Ingredients
2 naan flatbreads
1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced (grilled or roasted)
½ cup tzatziki sauce
½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
½ cup cucumber, thinly sliced
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and place naan flatbreads on a baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes until warm.
- In a small bowl, season the cooked chicken with dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Warm it slightly in a skillet if needed.
- Spread an even layer of tzatziki sauce over each naan flatbread.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken, sliced cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions on top.
