Feta cheese

Greek yogurt

Fresh strawberries

Honey

Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Roast the strawberries: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Halve strawberries and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with balsamic and honey. Roast for 20 minutes until soft and syrupy.
  2. Blend the whipped feta: In a food processor, blend feta and Greek yogurt until smooth. Add a little olive oil or more yogurt if needed for consistency.
  3. Plate the dish: Spread whipped feta onto a serving dish. Top with roasted strawberries and their juices.
  4. Finish with toppings: Drizzle olive oil over everything, then add black pepper and fresh basil.
