Zucchini

Spinach

Ricotta cheese

Mozzarella cheese

Parmesan cheese

Garlic

Butter

Flour

Whole milk

Nutmeg

Lasagna noodles


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables: Thinly slice zucchini, salt lightly, and let rest. Pat dry. Sauté or thaw and drain spinach.
