Crispy, golden, and loaded with flavor, these Air Fryer Shrimp make the perfect quick appetizer or main dish. They’re seasoned with garlic, paprika, and a touch of heat—then air-fried to perfection in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients
1 lb large or jumbo raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the shrimp and toss.
- Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. Mix to coat evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place shrimp in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Transfer to a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
