Description

Crispy, golden, and loaded with flavor, these Air Fryer Shrimp make the perfect quick appetizer or main dish. They’re seasoned with garlic, paprika, and a touch of heat—then air-fried to perfection in under 10 minutes.


Ingredients

1 lb large or jumbo raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the shrimp and toss.
  3. Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. Mix to coat evenly.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Place shrimp in a single layer in the basket.
  6. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Transfer to a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
