Description

Bailey’s Chocolate Fudge is a rich, creamy no-bake dessert with smooth white chocolate, sweet Baileys Irish Cream, and a delicate chocolate drizzle on top. It is an easy recipe for holiday dessert trays, party sweets, food ideas for gifting, and make-ahead dessert ideas when you want something simple but impressive.

Ingredients

3 cups white chocolate chips

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy lifting.

2. Add the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter to a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.

3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract until the mixture is glossy and fully combined.

4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer.

5. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.

6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the fudge.

7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until fully set.

8. Lift the fudge from the pan, cut into squares, and serve chilled.

Notes

Use low heat when melting the base so the chocolate stays smooth and does not seize.

For cleaner slices, chill the fudge well and wipe the knife between cuts.

Store the fudge in the refrigerator so it keeps its firm, creamy texture.
