Description

These Blueberry Cheesecake Crescent Rolls are a heavenly blend of flaky pastry, creamy cheesecake, and sweet, juicy blueberries. Perfect as a breakfast treat or a light dessert, they come together quickly and taste like a bakery-made delight.

Ingredients

1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Powdered sugar, for dusting

Fresh mint leaves (optional), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture to the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Top with a few blueberries.
  6. Roll each triangle tightly from the wide end to the narrow point, sealing the edges.
  7. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden.
  8. Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
