Ingredients
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Powdered sugar, for dusting
Fresh mint leaves (optional), for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
- Add 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture to the wide end of each triangle.
- Top with a few blueberries.
- Roll each triangle tightly from the wide end to the narrow point, sealing the edges.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden.
- Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
