Packed with spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, and melted mozzarella, this easy recipe delivers rich flavor in every bite. Whether you need quick appetizer ideas, easy party food, or crowd-pleasing food ideas for dinner parties and celebrations, this baked dip is always a favorite.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tsp olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a medium baking dish or oven-safe skillet.

2. In a large mixing bowl, stir the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

3. Add 1 cup of the mozzarella, the Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper, then mix well.

4. Fold in the thawed spinach and chopped artichoke hearts until evenly combined.

5. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish in an even layer.

6. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.

7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.

8. Let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving with bread, crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

Squeeze the spinach very well so the dip stays thick and creamy instead of watery.

For a deeper golden top, broil the dip for 1 to 2 minutes at the end while watching closely.

You can assemble the dip up to 24 hours ahead and bake it when ready to serve.
