Ingredients
2 ripe but firm bananas
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp granulated sugar
Cooking spray or light oil
Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice + 1 cup water (for soaking)
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice into 1/8-inch thick rounds.
- (Optional) Soak slices in lemon water for 2 minutes, then pat dry.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and grease basket.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar; coat banana slices evenly.
- Arrange in a single layer in air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Cool on a wire rack to crisp up.
