Description

Flaky, buttery crescent rolls filled with a sweet cinnamon-sugar mixture and drizzled with vanilla glaze. These quick-bake treats are the perfect fusion of cinnamon rolls and croissants, ready in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 to 2 tablespoons milk or cream

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  3. Brush each triangle with melted butter.
  4. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over buttered dough.
  5. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip to form crescents.
  6. Place on prepared baking sheet, tip side down.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. While cooling, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make glaze.
  9. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve.
