Ingredients
1 cup strong brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso
1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1/4 cup whipped cream
1 tablespoon mini marshmallows
Instructions
1. Brew the coffee or espresso and pour it into a large heatproof mug.
2. Add the milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a small saucepan.
3. Heat the milk mixture over low to medium-low heat, stirring often, until hot but not boiling.
4. Froth the warm milk mixture with a milk frother or whisk until light and slightly foamy.
5. Slowly pour the milk mixture over the coffee.
6. Spoon the foam over the top, then finish with whipped cream and mini marshmallows.
7. Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
Use strong coffee so the flavor still stands out after adding milk.
