Description

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 small garlic clove, minced

2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons extra feta cheese, for garnish

1/4 avocado, diced for garnish


Instructions

1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl or food processor.

2. Add the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic, and olive oil.

3. Mash with a fork for a chunkier dip or blend until smooth and creamy.

4. Stir in the red onion, cilantro, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
