2 large chicken breasts, halved lengthwise

3/4 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons fresh basil or parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and nearly cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
