Description

This easy Christmas fudge with sprinkles is a rich, creamy holiday treat that comes together fast with simple pantry ingredients. Perfect for a quick dessert, easy recipe, holiday candy tray, Christmas party snack, and festive food idea, it is one of those sweet treats everyone gets excited to grab.

Ingredients

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/3 cup Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

2. Add the sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt to a medium saucepan over low heat.

3. Stir until the butter melts and the mixture is warm.

4. Add the white chocolate chips and stir until smooth.

5. Stir in most of the semi-sweet chocolate chips, reserving a small amount for swirling if desired.

6. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

7. Let the mixture cool for about 1 minute.

8. Fold in most of the mini marshmallows and part of the Christmas sprinkles.

9. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan.

10. Dot the top with the reserved semi-sweet chocolate and swirl gently.

11. Sprinkle the remaining marshmallows and sprinkles over the top and press lightly.

12. Chill for 2 to 3 hours until firm.

13. Lift from the pan and cut into squares.

Notes

Use low heat so the chocolate melts gently and stays smooth.

Let the fudge cool briefly before adding marshmallows so they keep their shape better.

For the cleanest slices, chill fully and wipe the knife between cuts.
