2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt
extra nutmeg for garnish
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and leave overhang on the sides for easy lifting.
2. Add the sweetened condensed milk, eggnog, and butter to a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir until warm and smooth.
3. Add the white chocolate chips and stir continuously until fully melted and creamy.
4. Stir in the vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, and salt until evenly combined.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer.
6. Sprinkle the top with a little extra nutmeg.
7. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until fully set.
8. Lift from the pan, cut into squares, and serve.
Notes
Use low heat so the white chocolate melts smoothly and does not seize.
Chill the fudge fully before slicing for the cleanest edges.
Store pieces between layers of parchment paper to keep them neat and fresh.
