Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 French baguette or 2 sandwich rolls
1 cup lettuce leaves
1 medium tomato, sliced
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and add the butter or olive oil.
3. Cook the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and golden on the outside.
