Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter (for crust)
2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
1/2 cup melted butter (for topping)
Fresh strawberries (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with 1/2 cup melted butter. Press into the baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and egg. Mix until creamy.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the crust.
- Spoon the strawberry pie filling evenly on top.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the strawberry layer.
- Drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over the cake mix.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
