Description

Strawberry cheesecake dump cake is a no-bake-style dessert with a crisp graham cracker base, creamy cheesecake filling, sweet strawberry topping, and a buttery crumble finish. It’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup melted butter (for crust)

2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 large egg

1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling

1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)

1/2 cup melted butter (for topping)

Fresh strawberries (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs with 1/2 cup melted butter. Press into the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and egg. Mix until creamy.
  4. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the crust.
  5. Spoon the strawberry pie filling evenly on top.
  6. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the strawberry layer.
  7. Drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over the cake mix.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  9. Cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
