Ingredients
1 prepared pizza dough or pre-baked crust (12–14 inches)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cooked and shredded steak (ribeye or sirloin recommended)
1/2 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 onion, thinly sliced (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: provolone or American cheese slices for added richness
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using fresh dough, let it rest at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
