Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup long-grain white rice (uncooked)
1 can (10.5 oz) French onion soup
1 can (10.5 oz) beef consommé
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste, drain excess grease, and set aside.
