Sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
Cheese tortellini
Butter
Garlic, minced
Heavy cream
Parmesan cheese, grated
Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Prep and Sear the Steak: Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear in hot olive oil until browned. Set aside.
- Make Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt butter in the skillet, add garlic, cook until fragrant, then toss steak bites in the garlic butter. Remove and keep warm.
- Cook Tortellini: Boil in salted water until al dente. Drain.
- Make Alfredo Sauce: Melt butter, add cream and simmer. Stir in Parmesan until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine and Serve: Mix tortellini into the Alfredo sauce. Plate and top with steak bites. Garnish with parsley.
