Description

These golden rounds of cheesy potato perfection are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, seasoned simply with garlic, parmesan, and pepper. Quick to prep and irresistible straight from the oven, they’re the kind of side dish everyone will be talking about.


Ingredients

1.5 lbs gold potatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Arrange the slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle grated parmesan evenly over the potato slices.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bottoms are golden and edges are crisp.
  6. Let cool slightly, garnish with chives, and serve.
